Xtreme Digital is a digital marketing agency providing services across the United Kingdom. All services listed include a starting price; however, the final cost will be determined based on the Client’s specific requirements and confirmed after mutual discussion and agreement. By engaging our services, the Client agrees that pricing, scope of work, timelines, and deliverables will be finalised prior to commencement, and any additional requests may incur extra charges. Payments must be made as agreed, and delays in payment may result in suspension of services. Xtreme Digital does not guarantee specific results due to the nature of digital marketing and external factors. All work remains the property of Xtreme Digital until full payment is received, after which agreed deliverables will be transferred to the Client. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and all services are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
1. Starting Price
a. Every Service page have a starting price section that represent the initial amount to start that service.
b. Final Amount will be decide after the analysis the scope of work and the time period and number of services.
2. Time Period
a. Every Services take different time period and Deadline can be changed if add the new feature or requirement.
5. Client Responsibilities
a. The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals required to complete the project in a timely manner. Delays caused by the Client may impact delivery timelines.
